And the fashion thing starts already......

This is Annabelle in her 'skinny jeans' which she begged me for.  Sigh.  I cant believe it has started already!! (oh, and love the purple slippers to match)

Camping on our first school holidays

We took the kids and our new camper trailer on our first trip these school holidays.  The camp grounds are about 1.5 hours out of Brisbane on the way to Warwick.

1 & 2  This was what we woke up to the first morning - horses around the campsite and as soon as they saw Annabelle eating a nectarine they were quick to pay us a visit.
3.  Our first breakfast!
4.  These are for my mum - really cool mushrooms that we found on one of our morning explorations (I thought she might like to paint them)

7.  Took a drive up to the top of one of the hills on the property and this was the view.  It is actually really really high up - the picture doesnt really do it justice.  The kids a log that was lots of fun to play on.

February 2012 - Easter 2012

Pictures 1-5
     Are of Lucy - showing the very happy little girl that she is.  The second one (with the spoon in her mouth) is showing her starting solids which I started around Easter (about 5 months old).  Took her a couple of days but once she got the hang of it she hasnt looked back!  Photo number 5 was taken just the other day - Lucy is getting  close to sitting up but still has a long way to go before I would say she has got it under control.  Photo #4 is a very typical Lucy face.  she often raises her eyebrows when looking at you.

     Are of Easter morning and later on that day - we took the kids down to the waterfront to ride their bikes.

     Are of our new camper trailer!!  The kids were so so excited to get it and we all had to play camping for the next few nights.  Its Matilda with Olivia and Lucy lying on one of the bed bases while I cleaned and then Matilda on the right in the other photo.

11.  Olivia, Lucy and I on a day out visiting the 'farm' animals.  There is a produce shop a couple of suburbs over and they have a little farmyard corner. Olivia was fascinated by the turtles.
