Five months!!!

So hard to believe that the girls will be five months old tomorrow. They are very very very cute (if you didnt already think so from the photos). Have just had Mum and Dad (Grandma and Grandpa) in Brisbane for the weekend which was lovely - especially to have lots of sets of hands to pass babies to! The girls are now giggling at random things, think Oscar is the greatest toy and grin like fools whenever they see him, are spinning around on their backs but not doing proper rollovers yets and have started having good sleeps during the day. We have a bit of a routine, or pattern, to most days and they have started putting themselves to sleep if I put them in their cot which makes my days much more relaxed (and my back much more thankful - rocking two babies to sleep is very tiring). Still getting up most nights for an early morning (4.30 - 5.30am) feed and have had our first dose of colds this week - not nice to have sick kids! However, they seem to be over it now so hopefully thats the last one for a while.

Four and a bit months

Hi,

Lost count on what week we are up to, so just going to say ..... four and a bit months.
From the top -
1. Annabelle and I hanging out
2. In the great outdoors from left to right - Oscar, Matilda and Annabelle. Ive started to take them outside under the trees now that the weather isnt either too hot or raining
3. On the couch trying on booties. The girls thought that they felt very funny and kept looking at their feet. Annabelle is on the right, Matilda on the left
4. Swimming!!! This is Matilda just after being dunked under the water. They both really love the pool and are happy to go under the water lots.
